Webinar: Reflections from 2024 Reporting–Practitioners' Perspective
In a webinar hosted by the IFRS Sustainability Alliance on 12 June 2025, Esther An, Chief Sustainability Officer at City Developments Ltd (CDL), and Thomas Milburn, Senior Vice President, Sustainability, at DBS Bank, discussed best practices and challenges from the 2024 disclosure reporting cycle. This session was moderated by Neil Stewart, Director of Corporate Outreach at the IFRS Foundation.
Both CDL and DBS are working towards voluntarily applying IFRS S1 General Requirements for Disclosure of Sustainability-related Financial Information and IFRS S2 Climate-related Disclosures. In this session, they discussed their experiences to date and what they have learned.
Both organisations are IFRS Sustainability Alliance members. The Asia-Pacific Corporate Reporting Best Practice Group aims to facilitate peer-to-peer knowledge exchange, as part of the IFRS Sustainability Alliance.
